Delivery Options
Free UK Mainland Delivery: is available on orders over £100. Any orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered within 24 hours, but please allow 2 to 3 days over the Christmas period for delivery due to increased volumes. Orders placed after noon Friday will be sent the following Monday.
UK Mainland: If your order is under £100 there will be a charge of £4.95 for delivery. Any orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 24 hours, but please allow 48 hours. Orders placed after noon Friday will be sent the following Monday.
All UK mainland orders will be dispatched on next day delivery via DPD and will require a signature. There is no need to wait in all day for your delivery, our courier will send you an email and text providing an hour slot on when your parcel will be delivered.
For both our delivery options we use a courier who will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to sign for your delivery. Our courier will attempt to delivery your order 3 times, if after the third attempt they are unable to deliver, the order will then be returned to ourselves. for any orders returned to ourselves; we reserve the right to charge for the cost of re-delivery.
Please note we deliver on working days only, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an Bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please e-mail sales@countryfirstdirect.co.uk If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.
Returns
Returns: If for any reason other than an exchange you wish to return an item you must include the original receipt in your parcel and quote your order number on the outside of your package. Upon safe receipt of your parcel we will arrange a refund in full less postage. Return your order to us within 14 days from receipt of order complete with covering letter and the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused, in a sale-able condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached to the garments etc. If the labels are removed it will be assumed that you have entered into a contract with us and these goods cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Once we have received them back and after inspection we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour which ever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. If you are returning something because it does not fit or it is not suitable you will need to pay the postage cost to return it to us. All items are inspected thoroughly before dispatch by our manufacturers, our suppliers and ourselves. For your own protection you are advised to return the goods to us by an insured signed-for service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery).This not only provides proof of posting within the appointed time but will provide redress in case the package goes astray (it is the customer's responsibility to make any claim against the carrier under these circumstances) We are happy to provide copy invoices on request.

Faulty goods must be returned in a clean condition, and goods returned to us in a dirty condition will be returned. We reserve the right to charge for a 2nd collection if the 1st one is unsucessfull or we have had to return the items back due to them arriving unsatisfactory condition.
